We are professional manufacturer and exporter, specialized in make garments for more than 10 years. We have invested USD230, 000 on the construction of the new baby wear factories, which locate in the developing areas. So far, we have three factories for the production of the garments; two factories are for sweaters; the other one for baby wears, such as velour pyjama and interlock body wears. Also we make knitted underwear for adults.
Our main products are acrylic, Chenille ramie, jacquard and han***de sweaters. The main producing model is 3.5G, 5G, 7G, and 12G.
The first sweater factory is established in 1993. Now we have 468 workers, 110 sets of stitching machine, 200 sets of flatting machine and 8 sets of jacquard machine. The maximum quantity is more than 50 thousand every week. The annual production capability of our factory for sweaters exceeded 2 million pieces (sets). Furthermore, we have established good relationships with more than 10 factories in these fields.
Since we embroider and print fabrics in our own continuous-process plant, we have advantage both at delivery deadlines and the variety of our products. As for the quality of our products, we have more than 30 technicians. Our head technician even opens the class to teach the technicians from other factories. We also could quote you much lower price than foreign trade co***ny because the cost of our co***ny is very low. With highly skilled workers and low cost, we are very competitive with the quality and price. Now we export our products to UK, Belgium and other European Countries.
